Booking Policy

We recommend you book your appointment in advance. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first spa service. This is to ensure you have ample time to check in, change and enjoy the spa facilities. To honor all guests, late arrivals can result in modification of services.

48-hour Cancellation policy required for full refund or reschedule.

Groups of four or more must adhere to the 48-hour cancellation policy or the group will be charged in full. You may reschedule at the time of cancellation at no charge
